That was the theme of this year’s BMW press conference at the NAIAS 2015 in Detroit. A crescendo of six musicians performed live at the press conference of the BMW six series. Selected instruments, chosen model specific, reflected the particular character of every model of the 6 series. Cello and violin played softly and elegantly during the entrance of the Gran Coupe 6, the character of the M model was underlined by a rocking, strong and loud guitar and drums. Again in a more casual and cool way, a saxophonist accompanied the reveal of the convertible. The live performance ended with a grand finale, in which all six musicians played together, and thus prepared the stage for the main speaker, Dr. Ian Robertson.
